![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 1. Simply call Steph on 9307 1010 to discuss your Party or Event requirements and lock in a Date and Time. 2. We will then email you: A Booking Confirmation Form, OurTerms & Tax Invoice, with payment details to secure your booking with payment of a 50% Non Refundable deposit; We will also email you for parties being held at our farm : A Risk Warning - Consent & Acknowledgement form which you can print out and send with the Invitations once recieved. This form is required to be completed by each parent of the child attending the party whether they are Riding or not. We do not require this as part of our insurances we feel it is important to educate families about ponies and for you as the host in catering for children that may have allergies. 3. For Parties at SUGARGUM FARM - Once the deposit has been recieved we will forward to you the Party Pack which will include the Inviattions to send onto your party guests! Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Cheque, Internet Banking, Money Order - NO CREDIT CARDS. OUR TERMS The Deposit, Rescheduling, Changes & Cancellation Every effort is made to accommodate changes, however it may not be possible to find a suitable date and time which is available. SUGARGUM FARM will not cancel an Event Booking due to weather as we wont know the weather in your area and at the Farm, inclement weather can be catered for. Cancellation is the Event Organizer or Host Families decision and Sugargum farm will NOT be responsible and the deposit will not be refunded. For the welfare of our animals and ponies, we reserve the right to substitute animals that do not cope with extreme temperatures or due to illness. Our Ponies are tailored to suit the age group of the children and the event conditions, ponies do get ill sometimes just like we do, therefore we do not guarantee any one particular pony, if requested, to be available for your event. 1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee invoiced is payable within 5 days time of recieving our Booking Confirmation Form either by Email or Snail Mail. 2. The Balance is payable on the day in Cash or Cheque, unless pre-arranged or authorised with us prior, then our Payment Terms are Net 7 days from the Scheduled Event date stand. 3. If cancelled or changed within 30 days of the scheduled date and no deposit has been received by SUGARGUM FARM an administration fee of $100.00 will apply. 4. If cancelled or changed within 14 days of the scheduled date and no deposit has been received by SUGARGUM FARM 50% of the fee is payable and will apply. 5. If cancelled or changed within 7 days of the scheduled event date, full payment is required. Subject to change without notice!
