SUGARGUM FARM is an exclusive 15 acre property dedicated to Horses & Ponies, set in the beautiful Oakland’s Valley, situated only 25 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, close to Tullamarine Airport.  It is also the home of MELBOURNE Equestrian Vaulters a Member of Equestrian Victoria (EV) formally known at the Equestrian Federation of Australia (EFAV) with Vaulting.

Steph and Tim, who are also parents of 3 young children,  decided to start SUGARGUM FARM Children’s Party Venue & Pony Rides in August 2006  after seeing the absolute enjoyment that our own children’s friends and their parents experience when they come to visit us and we felt a genuine need to extend our country hospitality and share our lifestyle for other families that live in the city to experience and take home life long memories with them...

Steph has had over 30 years experience with  horses and our 2 oldest children enjoy Pony Club and Trail Riding, however Equestrian Vaulting (Gymnastics & Dance on Horseback) is their passion. 

Our very talented Vaulters have been invited to display their skills and promote this wonderful equestrian team sport entertaining families at the 2008 Royal Melbourne Show and at Equitana Australasia in November 2008. Our Vaulting Team have also been honoured to perform for Equestrian Victoria at many an event held at the National Equestrian Centre Werribee Park for our fellow horse lovers after they have had a heavy day of competition.

All our staff, ponies, and farm animals are great with kids. The staff and ponies  are in uniform to provide that special touch to the day.  I guarantee this will be a day remembered and talked about for ages by children & parents alike.
